CreditFreeHomeBuying.com (“we,” “us”) is a veteran- and family-owned real estate business. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through the buyer list form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your first and last name, phone number, an optional alternate phone number, email address, the areas you want to live in, your target move-in month, your approximate down payment range, and an optional highest monthly payment amount. We also record the date and time you submitted, the page you arrived from, and a traffic-source label (for example “Facebook”) so we know which ads are working.
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic and how visitors use the page. These tools may set cookies and collect device and usage data. They do not receive the contents of your form submission from us.
How we use it
- To contact you — by phone, text, and email — about homes that match what you told us you’re looking for.
- To understand where buyers on the list want to live so we can match them with homes.
- To answer your questions and, if you move forward, to work through a lease-option agreement with you.
Text messages and calls (your consent)
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that we may call, text, and email you at the number and address you provided, including about available homes and next steps. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing or calling us using the contact details below. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect messages about an agreement you have already signed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third-party marketers. We use Airtable as our customer records system, and Netlify to host this website and process the form submission — these vendors process the data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep buyer list records for as long as you may reasonably want to be matched with a home, and as needed for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
- Opt out of calls, texts, or emails.
- Use your browser settings or the Google and Microsoft opt-out tools to limit analytics tracking.
