This site provides general information about a lease-option (lease-to-own) path to homeownership and lets you join a buyer list. It is marketing information, not an offer, a contract, or a promise of a specific home, price, or outcome.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, credit, or real estate advice. We are a real estate investment company. We are not a mortgage lender, bank, mortgage broker, credit counseling service, or credit repair organization. We do not repair credit or provide credit coaching. No guarantee
Joining the buyer list does not guarantee that you will be contacted about a home, offered a lease-option agreement, approved, or able to purchase. Homes are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and more than one buyer may compete for the same home. All financial terms — including any option payment, monthly rent, purchase price, and whether and how any payment is credited or refunded — are set out only in a written agreement you review and sign. Any option payment described in a written agreement is generally non-refundable if you choose not to purchase; the written agreement controls.
